From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. then from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
We will start each morning by practicing meditation, pranayama and asana then we will approach Ayurveda with all the dimensions of our life, we will try to detail a simple routine to put in place in order to cultivate optimum physical and mental health during all year to come.
The themes will be approached simply chronologically detailing the day’s thread, several options will be given so that everyone according to each and every Dosha (constitution that we will determine) so one can find the best schedule for their daily balance.
Nutrition being an important part we will approach it in detail with little tips and easy-to-cook recipes (we will also detail the equipment that allows you to cook quickly and above all healthily)
