How to finally understand what it takes to build a solid grounding.
What are the key actions required to maintain balance over time?
Through a variety of exercises, we will explore body cohesion and connection to the ground. Whether the posture is on the feet, hands, or head, the same principles apply—and once integrated, they can be applied to all postures.
This technique can support any style of yoga, helping you understand the connection between the ground and Mula Bandha, and enabling you to achieve stable inverted postures.
