Pranayama and Meditation Workshop
In person or online, followed by an open discussion and Q&A session on topics related to Yoga philosophy, techniques, and practices—shared over a cup of Chai.

We will explore various breathing techniques along with their explanations and gradually move toward the fundamental practice of Pranayama—the practice that offers access to the keys of the physical, energetic, and mental bodies.
Afterward, we will share a meditative sitting followed by reflections on our personal experiences, philosophical insights, and/or devotional chanting.
An afternoon not to be missed, offering essential and practical tools for balanced personal development.
Throughout the year, once a month, this is a gathering for sadhakas (students) to develop a deep experience within a unified sangha (community).
An advanced Yoga practice—yet accessible to all. Come with an open mind and a peaceful heart.
