Sattva Yoga Chamonix founder.
To learn Yoga and Ayurveda Hamsa traveled to India, Europe and America.
At a young age he was interested in Bagwan Shree Rajnesh Dynamic Meditation, and also Zen meditation. He was also practicing Do-in, Japanese postures and self-massage.
His first Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher was Gustav Björkman, whom he met in Chamonix. Then he studied with Mark Darby for more than 12 years, as well as numerous courses with Matthew Sweeney, and Sheshadri (Mysore India). During thoses years he studied Ayurveda and massage.
After deepening his practice of Ashtanga Yoga, he became interested in Yin Yoga and Dharma Mittra Hatha Raja Vinyasa Yoga. Then he was initiated in Kriya Yoga of Babaji by Marshall Govindan who gave him his spiritual name, Hamsa. Since 2015 he follows the teachings of Shailendra Sharma Kriya Yoga guru.

His vision allows him a comprehensive understanding in accordance with the fundamental principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. Simultaneous vision of the one and the many, it is in this unity that the spirit leaves the dichotomy pleasure/pain to enter inner peace. The yoga is the method to achieve the state of Yoga, the ultimate freedom in unity.
It is with passion and enthusiasm that he shares his knowledge and accompanies his students, with a mix of humor and discipline, on the path to Self-realization.

Romain Castel

Romain Castel
Attracted to healing techniques and of holistic care, Romain approached fasciatherapy for himself in 2009, then at the same time, he began to practice the “5 Tibetan rites” for several years before discover Yoga. He practiced for 2 years in Normandy with a yoga teacher “Charline Blas” who teaches Hatha yoga and Yin. Liking to practice yoga and helping him in his daily life, he decided to deepen his practice and met Hamsa at Chamonix at the beginning of 2022. There he finds a certain framework and rigor that it was looking for. Then discovering the Ashtanga-Vinyasa, he decides to train in this practice and register for YTT. At the same time, he went to India, Rishikesh, at the Rishi Yoga Shala, for study ancient texts and Hatha yoga with “Pierre Bonnasse” and “Karine Barucha”. Since then, he has continued to practice and study in Chamonix at the shala of Hamsa.

Eric Chassagnolle
Eric has been introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga by a friend in Montreal in 2014.
Materials engineer by training (2013), this powerful initiation brought him back on his life path: transmission of yogic knowledge, art (writing, photography and music) and entrepreneurship.
Since 2020, he transmits the knowledge received from his personal practice and study as well as the precious teachings of his teachers: Lalit Yogacharya Kumar, Viriam Kaur and Adam Divine since 2017 (Himalaya Yoga Valley, India and Ireland), Monica Gauci and Gregor Maehle since 2018 (8-limbs, Australia) and Hamsa since 2022 (Sattva Yoga Chamonix).
His style of transmission is intuitive, tailored to the individuality of each person.

Amandine Buselli

Amandine Buselli
Amandine first encountered yoga during her initial trip to India in 2019. Initially drawn to the physical postures, she studied Hatha Yoga with Ashish Sharma and Iyengar Yoga with Usha Devi in Rishikesh. There, she also met the Advaita Vedanta master Mooji Baba; she continues to spend most of her time within his *sangha* (practice community) in Portugal. A musician, she has deepened her practice of Bhakti Yoga—a devotional practice involving chanting—over the years and has been leading Kirtan sessions in Portugal and France since 2024.
