The principle of Vinyasa is the link between body movement and breathing. Sri T Krishnamacharya, master of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, BKS Iyengar, Indra Devi and Desikashar, his four most famous disciples, revealed the secrets of Vinyasa Krama through his teachings, particularly through AG Mohan and Desikashar who released the two parts of his book Yoga Makaranda. This is a dynamic form of Yoga that varies within each session unlike Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series, which is more systemized. The movements are linked in harmony with conscious and controlled breathing. The nervous system is calmed, the mental is balanced and the circulation activated. It allows for regeneration of cells and stimulates the internal organs. All this facilitates the purification of the whole organism. Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid approach in which a large number of students appreciate the “flow” of a series of varied postures. Here we follow the traditions of Dharma Mittra, very creative in his series of postures and Matthew Sweeney who created his own series Vinyasa Krama.
No prior experience is necessary, nor registration, only a big motivation and openness is needed to come here! Having say that you must know that previous experience of yoga is an advantage.
