Progressive work on hip rotations and openings to develop your Lotus pose and beyond.
A sequence of postures designed to gradually release the hips and safely progress toward the Lotus.
You’ll receive essential keys to protect the knees and ankles while releasing tension in the hips.
For those who wish to go further, we’ll explore deeper hip openers and even leg-behind-the-head postures.
An intense yet accessible workshop, open to everyone—each person walking their own path toward liberation at their own pace.
