Bravo dear students and friends for the consistency of your practice, in fact the fruits are revealed through regular and uninterrupted practice over a very long period of time. Advancement in practice is commensurate with the intensity of the sadhana.

The weekly class program remains the same except between May 12 and 25, an intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa training period where morning classes are replaced by meditation teaching, pranayama and a Mysore style practice from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. every day. mornings. If you are interested contact us here. During these two weeks it is possible that Hamsa will be replaced for some evening classes.
Plaese find all your lessons on the usual schedule of weekly classes.

Intensive courses are an opportunity to deepen your practice and develop your understanding of Yoga, it is also a springboard for establishing a daily personal practice.
There are still places left for the May Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga intensive course!
Do not hesitate to register or ask your questions. for the Hatha & Vinyasa course in June, possibility of doing two weeks or just one week.

Continue to feed the fire of knowledge through constant practice.

See you soon,
Om Namah Shivaya
Hamsa
