Namaskar Sadhakas,
Dear students and friends, the summer program ends on Monday, August 31, and the schedule for the year resumes on Tuesday, September 1. Good news: evening classes will once again start at 6:00 PM. This gives us more time for pranayama, Q&A sessions, and Savasana, as well as for the practice of the postures themselves. Here, then, is the weekly class timetable for the 2026–2027 academic year.
I believe it makes sense to build the program together; I have a few ideas for classes or workshops to propose, but we will discuss them during the first few weeks of September to fine-tune the year’s schedule. Your ideas and feedback are always welcome, whether in class or online.
A quick reminder: the unlimited annual class pass will only be available for purchase between September 1 and September 30, guaranteeing unlimited access to weekly classes throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. During school holidays, all class cards and passes remain valid provided classes continue with substitute teachers (which is generally the case).
It is through practice that we learn who we are, allowing us to unlock the potential within us.
Wishing you a wonderful summer and a great practice.
