Namaskar Sadhakas,
Dear friends and students, the beautiful days are here, and it’s very tempting to stay outside and enjoy them. Of course our connection with nature is absolutely essential, but let’s not abandon our practice because, as you know, consistent practice is the key to deep, gradual, and safe progress.
The month of May is a bit special, as we are offering an intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga training from May 10 to May 22. In addition, Mark and Joanne Darby are honoring us with their presence to teach for two days, on May 6 and 7. This means that the morning classes during these periods will not take place. Rosie, Romain, and Eric have kindly agreed to substitute for me during the workshops. Keep checking the weekly class Timetable to stay updated.
We are now accepting reservations for the intensive Hatha & Vinyasa training from June 7 to June 19. There is still time to take advantage of the early bird rate until May 10th !
Let’s maintain a steady and regular practice to cultivate stability and balance.
Let us keep our minds and hearts open.
